We are sorry to hear that ELIZABETH HURLEY, known to all as Betty passed away on 13th March 2021 aged 90 years. Betty bowled for Epsom Park, Croydon and Sutton bowls clubs. She was at Sutton for many years and was their President between 1999 and 2001.

1.4.2021 - BOWLS SURREY  is very sad to announce that the Bowls Surrey Administrator Colin Homes has reluctantly handed in his resignation from the Board due to personal reasons. 
 
The Board would like to thank Colin for everything that he has done for us and the County.

1.4.2021  Note from the SCWBA Match Secretary.

This is to inform you that the Surrey ladies executive have taken the decision to CANCEL all our friendly inter county bowls games for the year 2021. The cancellations have not been taken lightly. The safety of the ladies is so important and taking all factors into consideration at this time we hope you understand the decisions that has been made. Ladies who have qualified, but not yet received their badges, will be contacted shortly.

16.3.2021  The SCWBA Exec are still sorting out dates and venues for our ladies competitions and will not be publishing their competitions until the end of the month (Covid Rules allowing).

10.3.2021 The SCWBA Executive Committee are very saddened to inform you that for health related issues our Secretary Sheron Mitchell has decided to resign.

 

We would appreciate that at this time you allow Sheron her privacy.

We would all like to thank both Sheron and Colin (her husband) for everything they have done for the County and wish them both well in their retirement and hope that they enjoy time with their family.
