This is just to remind everyone that all players who have entered National Championships and who have qualified for the National Finals through the County Championships must wear county uniform at Leamington. (National Championships are: 4 wood championship singles, 2 wood singles, pairs, triples, fours, junior singles, junior pairs and senior fours.) County uniform consists of the County shirt, white trousers/shorts etc, and county jackets.
Competitors who enter National Competitions, such as Senior Singles, Senior Pairs, Champion of Champions enter directly through Bowls England. National Competitions are organised throughout by BE. Competitors may wear either County uniform or club uniform but all members of a side or team MUST wear the same. See Leamington Results page HERE

It is with great regret that the Area Games to win the Phyl Hill Trophy has had to be cancelled due to lack of players in Area 1and Area 3. The County would like to thank Pat Chapple (Area 2) and Carolyne Stevens(Area 4) for their hard work and dedication for arranging to get all of their matches with sufficient players. They would also like to thank the following clubs for offering their greens: Purley Ladies, Milford and Southey.
There will be some discussion to come regarding the future of these games.

6.5.2021 CELEBRATION GAMES
The BS Celebration Matches are Mixed Games played when Clubs are celebrating 'something' e.g. a birthday or the opening of a new Clubhouse and have invited the 'County' to join them. The Executive have recently changed who is eligible for playing in these matches. If you are a 'Lady' and are one of the following in your Club:
President, Secretary, Captain, Treasurer, Match Secretary, Competition Secretary, SCWBA Delegate. Also if you are a County Current or Past Executive Members, Past & Present Internationals, Umpires etc.
You do NOT need to be badged to play in these games ... but you will need to buy a County Shirt (or borrow one)
If you havent logged into the match system let Charlotte or the exec know. (See MATCHES for list of other games).

18.4.2021 Message from John's Trophy and Walker Cup Manager
The John's trials will be taking place on 22nd and 29th May starting at 10.00am and both will be at Sutton BC. Invitations for the trial will go out w/c 26th April.
The Walker Cup trial will be on Sunday 30th May at Milford BC at 10.00am this will be played against the mens Balcombe Trophy squad.
The John's Trophy squad will be playing a game against the Middleton Cup squad at Croydon on 26th June at 10.00am.
The first John's game will be played on 10th July against Sussex at 2.00pm. Venue to follow
The first Walker Cup game will be played on 11th July at Milford time will follow.
The John's Trophy this year is being played on a straight knock out basis.

This is to inform you that the Surrey ladies executive have taken the decision to CANCEL all our friendly inter county bowls games for the year 2021. The cancellations have not been taken lightly. The safety of the ladies is so important and taking all factors into consideration at this time we hope you understand the decisions that has been made.
